Three DHS students successfully completed the five-day Tennessee Code Academy Code Camp at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Newbern during fall break. The TN Code Academy is changing lives and putting students on a path for success. This academy is a program of the Biz Foundry, a Launch Tennessee business accelerator in the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. They are geared toward encouraging young people to become leaders, and the students will have a head start in a competitive and dynamic job market. The students who were chosen were Devan Floyd, William Cummings, and Martel Adaway, who are all seniors at DHS.
